66 House Dems Call for Reinstating HHS Regs Against Anti-LGBTQ Discrimination

A group of 66 House Democrats has asked the Biden administration to put back regulations that bar anti-LGBTQ discrimination among social services that receive federal funding from the US Department of Health and Human Services. The regulations were established during the Obama administration to end discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity by tax-funded services that include adoption programs and shelters for youth.
