Dawn Holden Woods
Dawn Holden Woods is the chief social services officer at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and the CEO of Turning Points for Children. Turning Points for Children is a subsidiary of PHMC and is the largest social service organization for children in Philadelphia and the largest foster care provider in the county. During her 16 years with Turning Points, Dawn has served in various roles, including CFO, before being named CEO during November of 2017. She has led the agency through extraordinary growth and impact, doubling in size and serving more than 17,000 vulnerable Philadelphians through a robust continuum of care. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Dawn is the recipient of many awards and honors, including the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and Nonprofit CFO of the Year.
